Post Office Box Address:
Due to carrier restrictions, our current shipment regulations do not allow
shipments to P.O. Box addresses.
APO and FPO Address:
Due to UPS and FedEx Restrictions, our current shipment regulations do
not allow shipments to U.S. Military addresses such as APO and FPO.
International Addresses:
Due to our manufacturer distribution agreements, we are not permitted
to ship products to addresses outside the Continental US, Alaska, and
Hawaii.
Overnight & all other deliveries must be placed before 12:p.m. MST (Mountain
Standard Time) for express shipping. Orders, including Fed Ex & UPS
Overnight, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select placed after p.m. to 12:00pm (noon) MST
(Mountain Standard Time) will usually be shipped out the "next business
day" given the item is in stock and there are no complications.
To
ensure delivery protection, all Efunctional.com Fed Ex and UPS deliveries
require an adult signature upon delivery. Efunctional.com
has the right to refuse or delay any order if shipping and billing information
cannot be verified.
Weekend and Holiday
Shipping:
Efunctional.com's distribution center does not ship on weekends holidays
and these days do not count as part of the delivery time.
If for any reason a delivery is refused by the customer, Efunctional.com
will charge a 20% restocking fee plus the total amount of the shipping charges
to the customers credit card. If for any reason a carrier (for example:
UPS, FedEx) is unable to "reach" the intended recipient for delivery, Efunctional.com
will charge a 20% restocking fee plus the total amount of the shipping charges
to the customers credit card.
Prior to shipping any product, Efunctional.com performes a credit card pre-authorization
with the card holders credit card company to ensure the funds are available
when the product is ready to ship. Final credit card charges will be processed
upon shipment of your Efunctional.com order. Any additional or post order
charges such as additional shipping, handling, or special delivery charges,
which cannot be calculated via Efunctional.com's online order checkout process,
may be charged separately and may appear as a separate charge on your credit
card statement. In the above limited cases, customer will be notified if
additional charges need to be applied on the order.
Shipping and handling charges are typically displayed upon checkout of
your order. Although Efunctional.com tries to display accurate shipping
charges upon checkout, in some limited cases, additional shipping charges
may be applied "after" order is entered into our shipping software. In these cases, additional
shipping charges will be applied after items have been boxed, weighed
and scanned and customer will be notified. If shipping charges do not
show up "at all" upon checkout, shipping charges will be added
later and customer will be notified. In the above limited cases, customer
will only be charged actual carrier shipping charges and will not be charged
for any handling such as boxing or packing fees.

or concerns that may develop during the purchase process. We want you
to be satisfied with all merchandise purchased through Efunctional.com
and ask that you carefully read our return policies below:
RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Before returning any merchandise, you first must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by e-mailing returns@efunctional.com. Our returns department will then send you an RMA form to fill out via e-mail. Any returns shipped to us without a pre-approved RMA# will be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RMA code is good for 5 days. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns. Your RMA number must be printed clearly on the outside of the RMA packaging to ensure proper RMA processing. Efunctional.com will not be held responsible for lost RMA's due to inaccurate or unclear RMA information on any return packaging. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse and inspected, appropriate credit will be issued back to the original credit card used for the online purchase minus relevant fees. Please allow 5 business days for RMA# to be issued. Please allow up to 14 days for RMA credits to be issued.
Non-Defective Returns:
Efunctional.com offers
a 30-day return policy provided that the product is returned with original packaging, all accessories, cards, manuals, packing, and in 100% re-sellable condition. Efunctional.com charges a 15%
restocking fee on all non-defective returns. Returns that are received in less than 100% re-sellable condition will be charged a larger re-stocking fee of up to 50% if we cannot re-sell the item('s) new. Customer is responsible for insuring contents and all
carrier shipping charges on the return. Customer should then
e-mail the tracking number for the return to returns@efunctional.com within 24hrs of carrier pickup.
Defective Returns:
Efunctional.com offers a 30-day return policy on defective items with the exception of Special Orders, Large Quantity
Orders (10 or more of the same item), Flat Screen Plasma
Televisions & Plasma Accessorie, Film & Media Products, All TV's 19" and above, Personal Care Products, Projectors, DJ Phono Cartridges, In Home Repair Items such as TV's 19" or above or Large appliance and Component Stereo Systems. Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges on defective returns. If customer chooses to order a replacement of the original item purchased, Efunctional.com will pay for shipping "one way" back to the customer via UPS Standard Ground. New merchandise will be sent to the original shipping address once defective merchandise is received back in our warehouse.
Pre-Shipping Cancellations for In-Stock Orders: Most
orders placed with Efunctional.com that are "in-stock" usually
ship same day or next day. Because of this, Efunctional.com does not guarantee
pre-shipping cancellations on any order('s) with "in-stock" items.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping and restocking fees related
to order cancellations that have already shipped. Customers who wish to
return an order after delivery from the carrier, may do so by following
Efunctional.com's return policies & procedures.
Pre-Shipping Cancellations
for "Backordered" Items:
Efunctional.com recieves merchandise everyday from manufacturers. Because
of this, orders containing "back order" items may ship at any time. Because
of this, Efunctional.com does not guarantee cancellations on any orders
containing back order items. However, customers may submit a cancellation
request for orders that
have "back order" item('s) by filling out our cancellation
request form here. Please allow 48 hours to ensure order has not shipped.
Please note the following possible scenario of a cancellation timeline:
Orders placed between the hours of 12am (midnight) MST to 12pm (noon) MST
"could" request cancellation before 12:pm (noon) MST on the same
day.
Orders place after 12pm (noon) MST "might" have until 12pm (noon)
MST next business day to cancel order.
