They were with out adoubt the best customer service that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, ON or OFF the internet. I first had a problem with my bank, I had moved recently and they didn't update my billing address with the proper address so efunctional didn't just bill the card (great protection), they sent me a email telling me the problem so that I could recify the problem.I did so and the order was shipped. They use UPS to deliver this package. I had the opposite experience with UPS, they delivered it tothe wrong address. I emailed efunctional.com under advisement from UPS. They contacted UPS and had them call me to correct the problem and the package delivered a few hours later. I wasso impressed with the merchendise that I immediatly purchased a second pair as a surprise for my brother who lives in another state. They charged my card with no problems this time and the product was shipped. I had problems with UPS once again. They delivered the package to the address but the Law firm which my brother works moved days prior. I had called to correct the address after viewing the problem via their on-line tracking system (useless) since I had called immediately after the first attempt. Any way the package was ultimately shipped back via ground service (10 plus days had passed). I was very upset about my dealings with UPS customer service and finally contacted efunctional about the situation. They were great, they said don't worry about it and sent out another one (overnighted and didn't charge me for the second pair) until the first pair arrived back to them. This solution saved me a good week to 10 days transit time. I was so pleased by my experience with efunctional that I will tell everyone how they really work hard and focus on the service in "Customer Service". They were awesome!!!
